Janice was amazing to work with. She helped set our expectations on the house and view we wanted with amount we had to send. Once we found a house we wanted, Janice brought in her contractor to meet with us to review items in the inspection report before we made an offer. We took Janice's advice on the offer price and we got the house without any counter offers. Janice was also very helpful when the sale of our old home caused delays in buying our new home. We would definitely use Janice again if we are looking for another house.

We just moved into our dream home, and we couldn't have done it without Janice. Her communication skills, attention to detail, negotiating skills and dedication to the client are so, so great. She patiently worked with us for over 6 months as we toured homes and condos. Her advice and feedback on each property really helped us throughout the process. If you have the chance to work with her, do it! We'll be using her for any future transactions we have here in San Francisco.

Janice Lee – Highly Recommended Realtor This is my first time writing a review about a realtor — or anyone, really. I worked with Janice Lee and had a great experience. She’s professional, calm, and never pushy. Janice offers thoughtful suggestions and knows how to negotiate effectively without any pressure. What I appreciated most is that she respects your independence — she doesn’t try to babysit you. She’ll give clear advice, encourage you to visit open houses on your own, and once you find something you like, she’ll step in and do her best to make it happen. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and experienced realtor who truly looks out for your best interests. — Leung

We had an incredible experience working with Janice Lee as our listing agent for an investment property. The house was in rough shape after the previous tenant left, but Janice went above and beyond what most agents would do. From the moment we handed her the keys, she took full ownership of the process. She coordinated everything — from hiring a contractor and overseeing the renovation to staging, marketing, and ultimately closing the sale just five months later. Janice was always on top of every detail, proactive with updates, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, dedication, and hands-on approach truly set her apart. Selling a property can be stressful, but Janice made it effortless. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again for future real estate transactions and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional agent.

Buying my home in the Richmond District was a dream come true, and I owe it all to Janice Lee (Ms. San Francisco)! She’s hands down the best real estate agent in San Francisco. In a competitive market, Janice knew exactly how to navigate the market, prepare us to compete in price and terms and write a clean and compelling offer. She communicated with the listing agent to keep us in the running. There was a multiple counter and with the information she gathered, we were able to beat out over a dozen offers. If you’re looking to buy a house in San Francisco, Janice will help you save money and get the home of your dreams.
