Janice was amazing to work with. She helped set our expectations on the house and view we wanted with amount we had to send. Once we found a house we wanted, Janice brought in her contractor to meet with us to review items in the inspection report before we made an offer. We took Janice's advice on the offer price and we got the house without any counter offers. Janice was also very helpful when the sale of our old home caused delays in buying our new home. We would definitely use Janice again if we are looking for another house.
