Grooming was not at all what I expected. Groomer talked over me while I was talking, when I picked him up they recommended I go to vet immediately and I panicked and took my dog to vet and he didnt have any type of diagnosis that groomer stated. Vet did say he was knicked so many times! Two bad cuts on the edge of his ears too that kept bleeding. Vet urgent care cost me a few hundred dollars, unnecessarily. Muddy Buddy reimbursed me the Grooming fee but my dog was shaved to his skin and between the Grooming and vet all in one day was traumatized so say the least.

Amy and Polly always makes my dogs experience as happy as it can be. He’s not a fan of getting groomed but has gotten better when he’s in the shop since getting groomed here. They are always so kind and I am happy they don’t crate! 10/10 every time! Customer service is also amazing! Definitely can tell they love pets!

I think the first groomer’s name was Hannah (sorry, I don’t remember) but the other times Lilly got groomed Ashley was the groomer. They did AMAZING! I have a Cavapoo and they never shaved her down (because i comb her daily💅) and they always give me exactly what i asked for. Prices are really affordable/ reasonable and the building smells really good.

Ralph, my best friend and grand dog, and I love Muddy Buddy in Chesapeake. Jackie and Cat are the nicest people and Cat does a great job grooming and taking care of Ralph. He is a 73 lb. doodle and can be handle full. Still, Cat has been able to groom him and make him look and feel great. I highly recommend Muddy Buddy of Chesapeake.

We have 4 dogs and have had 6 at one time . I trust no other with my dogs. Truly believe there hearts are in the right place when comes to my dogs. We have been going here for approximately 5 years. They know what exactly I need every time as they know the dogs. Special shout out to Paula excellent professional.
