I trust that these guys are being honest and know what they are doing. Transmission work can be expensive, but I have taken my 2014 Maxima here twice and never felt like I was getting ripped off. Most recently I thought I had a transmission problem that turned out to be motor mounts and control arms. They diagnosed the problem and I haven’t had any problems since. I will take my car back there in the future.

Taylor, David, and John @ Multistate were all extremely helpful in providing options to get my transmission replaced and in as short a time as possible. I was in a bit of a bind as Toyota of Fort Worth service was not as helpful or timely (more expensive for OEM part/ labor and 6-8 week estimate for transmission work to be done) as I would have liked. I had my car towed to Multistate and they really worked to get me some reasonably priced and faster options; both were remanufactured transmissions and less than 1 week to get part and work done. They found one with 2k miles on it out of state and had it shipped from out of state and installed in 4 days I am extremely pleased with the work and service, the car is driving better than when I purchased it four years and 70k miles ago. Run the other way brought my 1980 Cadillac Coupe deville in charge me 3000 for a full rebuild had unplugged wires in the transmission when I got it back Coke cans spilt on my carpet in my car when they were parking my car wrecked it told me they would fix it so I took it to a shop got an estimate. They told me the estimate was too hi They had a guy that would fix it, but did not work at a shop. But he wanted to fix it in his backyard. I had no choice but to let them when I got my car back now there’s transmission fluid or oil in my coolant reservoir. And it was not like that when i gave it to them stay away from this shop absolute worst I kept trying to speak to the owner, but all the managers would not let me speak to the owner horrible service. I would not recommend the shop to anybody. i’m already talking to my lawyer and they will hear from me soon

2 years ago I had them do a clutch job on my 95 F150, 2 weeks ago I had them do a full rebuild of the transmission of my 2007 F150 and very satisfied with both jobs. I would recommend them to anyone needing their transmission worked on.

Was very happy from the moment I brought my truck in to the completion. They were honest and up front about what was wrong, what it would take to fix, cost and time frame. My 2010 truck is running great at 201,000 miles. I would recommend Multistate to anyone with transmission issues.
