I don’t ever leave reviews, that’s how you know I’m just keeping it real. I brought my Chrysler 300s 2019 in after it wasn’t starting they replaced my fuel pump, crank sensor, replaced oil housing and intake gaskets. They did it in 3 business days and my car now runs smoother than before all for a reasonable price.

I rarely leave online reviews, but I have to for this small, family-owned business in the heart of Chesapeake. Owned and managed by a friendly couple, I first found Muñoz a few years ago when I needed urgent work on my vehicle. The bigger chains quoted astronomical prices and seemed uninterested in helping. I called Muñoz, explained the issue, and they had my car in the same day. They got me back on the road quickly, even with an emergency repair. Since then, I’ve returned for routine maintenance and have never been disappointed. If you’re considering the big retail shops, give Muñoz a call instead. They’re honest, straightforward, and never push unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

Don’t come here! If you don’t want your car to be totally AMAZING when it gets returned to you!!!! let me tell you what it was worth every single penny He’s HONEST and when I say he’s honest, he SHOWS you the problem so you see it with your own eyes.. I asked him to be my mechanic today and he said yes I hope his beautiful wife is not jealous😜 thank you so much for taking great care of my car. I will not take my car anywhere else but to your shop your guys were amazing. Thank you.🫶

If you are in need of any car or truck repairs then I recommend taking your vehicle to Munoz Auto Services. They were able to get my truck in, diagnosed, and repaired within two days. The total price was more than responsible and I will continue to take all of my vehicles there for services or repairs. I normally do not recommend a business but I can 100% with confidence recommend Munoz Auto Services.

I would 100% recommend going here , I have an old ford escape (terrible car) they have helped not only fix my car but made the experience wonderful . As a female many places are hard to find without being scammed out your money and told things are broken that are not and they did the complete opposite of that even working around our budget and working to just fix what needs to be . The owner is open and honest about everything that they will be doing and even where he’s getting the parts . Although they are the ones putting in the work and doing everything , through the process it felt I had a say in everything that they were doing. The first time I brought my car in they got it done in 2 days with getting the parts and rebuilding my whole front suspension with an amazing price . I just brought my car back in today because of starting problems and again was met with amazing service and quickness .thank you guys so much for the work your doing , keep it up ! 😊
