It has been amazing watching Muse grow into the most beautiful skin and aesthetics practice you see today. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and proactive while never making patients feel silly about their concerns or questions. It’s this right balance of listening and education that gives me a lot of confidence in my aging journey. Emily Sanders is expertly skilled in how to ease the signs of aging while maintaining authenticity. Her conservative approach is perfect for those looking for a light touch with meaningful results that make you feel like a reinvigorated version of yourself. 5 stars from me!
Truly an amazing first time experience. Emily is incredibly patient, understanding and generally lovely. She brings tremendous knowledge and confidence about her work without any pressure to go outside of your desires. Additionally the Muse space and support staff are beautiful. I'll be going back repeatedly for sure!
I’d been curious about hydrafacials ever since I was at Muse for a touch of filler back in September (thank you, Emily S!) and heard 3 people ahead of me all booking hydrafacials, which were booking into December back then! Today Muse sent an email that there had been some last-minute openings, so I jumped on the opportunity and did the Essential Hydrafacial with Sabrina. She, and the facial, were amazing. She paid attention to my skin concerns and goals, found out about my skincare routine, answered my zillions of questions so personably, and helped me understand the treatment. Best of all, my skin was absolutely glowing after! She also told me about other treatments/products she thought might interest me, and told me price points so I could have full info in making decisions about future treatments. No hard sell, just sharing her expertise. Another lovely experience at Muse, and I look forward to being back soon!
I absolutely love the service I’ve gotten here from Caroline, who is an absolutely amazing injector and really takes her time to be sure she’s giving her clients what they need. I’m so happy with my results I’ve had so far, but will likely be finding a new location for my injection. The front of house/management staff leaves much to be desired, and the issues I’ve had with appointments/scheduling/redeeming loyalty points and earning them have been frustrating. Depending on who is at the desk, they may not even look up at you as you’re coming/going and I’ve not one time felt loke they’ve valued me as a client. I understand they probably don’t need my money, as they say they are bursting at the seems and so booked you can’t even rescheduled, but I prefer to spend money in a place where I’m treated like my business matters. The first two times I went there, the rewards systems were down for Alle and Aspire (so I was told) so I was not able to redeem my rewards and had some that expired before my next appointment. I had to call the office several times to get my visit uploaded into the rewards system, and it looks like I’ll have to call them again about the appointment I had last Monday. I’ve been to many offices who load into alle and aspire for rewards and have NEVER had to chase them down to upload them. My Aspire dollars are about to expire AGAIN because they were not applied to my last visit. This brings me to my last visit and scheduling. My original appointment was set for Sept 30, and I was notified less than 24 hrs beforehand that due to some situation, my appointment would be cancelled and rescheduled, which it was, for 2 weeks later. Understandable that this can’t be avoided, but I ended up having to move to mid October. At my mid October appointment, I asked about skin care and was added to the books for that same week, for a skin care consultation. Several appointment slots were available at the time I made my appointment, three days before the consultation. The day of my appointment, I had an emergency come up at work, so I emailed the office and let them know I could not make it (long before they opened, around 6am) Apparently, they never received the email but someone DID call me and tell me if I had forgotten about it, Carolyn could do a virtual consultation instead. I called back within the hour to ask about doing the virtual consultation, and was told she was not available for that, was booked for the remainder of the month, and would be charged their $100 cancellation fee for my missed appointment (“it’s policy to protect the provider’s time because they can’t fill appointments with clients who are waiting that quickly”) . I’m neither here nor there on the fee, because the policy is clearly stated, but on the heels of having my original appointment cancelled on such short notice AND being left a voicemail stating I could do a virtual consultation, I was a little taken aback by the tone and handling of my call to the office about my missed appointment. It’s a reasonable ask to want your clients to value and respect your provider’s time, but that respect should go both ways. Once I have them properly apply my aspire rewards they should have used at my last appointment, I’ll likely just go on the hunt for a new office that does not treat their clients like bulk items being shuffled around. They treat their people like we are a dime a dozen, but there are clinics on every corner in Atlanta. It’s a shame, because I really do as I said before think Caroline does a phenomenal job. If you do choose to get services done here, ask for her.
Caroline is a miracle worker!! I had a consultation and formulated a treatment plan from her, and I genuinely cannot get over how good I look and feel. My face is snatched, my skin is the smoothest it’s ever been, and my confidence is THROUGH. THE. ROOF. She also gave me super helpful skincare advice that actually works (finally!!). This was my first time getting injectables, and I was a little nervous, but Caroline made me feel SO comfortable from the moment I walked in. She really listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt totally confident before we started. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. She made the whole experience so easy and positive! She's the best. BONUS; The office is gorgeous and you can tell that everyone that works here loves what they do. I am referring anyone who asks to Muse and to book with Caroline.
