The atmosphere is fun and feels modern, it was busy. It’s a small space for a museum and frankly, feels like a complete money grab. It was very expensive for the amount of time spent in this “museum”. it has a handful of activities that are explained and puzzle like, making it very interactive. The rest is just photo opportunities. If you want to post images on social media then this is a good place to go, otherwise you might be bored and disappointed.
very crowded for such a small place. besides that we really enjoyed our time there . ot only take 1hr for 2 people to get through the whole museum. lots of crazy photo opts. staff is very helpful. Great gift shop
Unfortunately for us MOI was underwhelming. We should have known because from the moment that we stepped inside it was CROWDED. I mean the type of crowded that makes it uncomfortable. The type of crowded that people won’t give you space , will cut in front of you if you are standing in line. MOI is small and they only had 1 worker on the floor assisting with pictures. Out of all the exhibits there were maybe 4 that we enjoyed. Not a high number considering the price that we paid to get in. The kiddos did enjoy the tunnel. Will I come back no, will I recommend to family and friends no sorry.
This is a fun place to visit with some interesting photo opportunities. I don't find it to be the best value, $31 per adult and even taking your time this is only about an hrs worth of time. Beware germaphobes, everyone touches everything and nothing seems particularly clean. Once it's more than enough, I have no need to return.
I visited the museum on Labor Day with my family. We made sure to buy our tickets online in advance, and that was a much better process. When we entered, we were able to scan and get a brief tour of the museum before exploring on our own. I have been to other branches of this museum around the world, and this future some of these similar exhibits that the other ones do. The museum is well laid out with lots to see in a compact space. There are several rooms that are very cool and there are many illusions and they are explained as well. There are lockers to place your stuff and there are also bathrooms right near the entrance which is very convenient. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I recommend this to everyone. The only thing that would be nice would be in the future to expand the museum to include another room of illusions to add as well.
