I had a lesson scheduled today and have called the store, only to be hung up on 6+ times in a row. A man named Sean answers and hangs up on me before I get a word out. It is very strange. Another man named Rachael answered and did the same. I’m not sure what kind of unprofessional game they’re playing. I had a lesson scheduled with Mike and was it’s unfortunate to end my lessons this way.

Every time we stop in for instrument pieces, they are fantastic! Great supply of rentals and instruments that you can purchase as well. They offer variety of instrument private lessons. Which the price is actually very reasonable. They have a good supply of music books and sheet music. We picked this keyboard up and absolutely love it. I can play it normal (out loud) or plug headphones in to play without bothering anyone in household. Great quality. The piano sound is spot on. The keys are going to obviously feel tighter than a standard piano. But this is the best gift I got in a long time. Definitely pick this spot when your little starts band. Very reasonable rental rates. And we got a deal for the first month. That was nice. Your not set in a long contract. We rented for just 2 months and that was fine. No problem.

My son needed a smaller acoustic guitar for his lessons, his mom took him here after I had called to inquire about availability of the instrument size and type we needed. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, an experienced guitar musician, and was very helpful. He explained the details of the guitars that the store had, pointed out pros and cons of each without any pressure. My son got a very nice guitar that fits in his hands superbly and sounds great. His instructor even complimented the quality of the guitar.

The string on my electric guitar popped and they helped me pick out new ones and replace it really quick! I forgot to ask his name? but the guy who worked there was really nice!

Absolutely wonderful! Met Dr. 'KC' James today and to say that he was beyond helpful and inspirational is an understatement. He offered generous help with changing my strings and improving my violin quality out of his own kindness. A truly remarkable individual, and all staff were a delight to meet. Had an amazing and memorable experience.
