I wouldn't say horrible but annoying, the bassoon reeds are either cracked or too open which is okay but I had to return my reeds that I just got because they were cracked

Great little store!! Very helpful employees! I was looking for reeds for a Tenor Sax. No one had any. Not Guitar Center. I went to Music and Arts and they were great! I had no idea this place was here. They sell keyboards, guitars, basses, sales. Etc.

Returned an instrument, UNDAMAGED and with mouthpiece. For FOUR months I have been speaking to reps and they have STILL tried to withdraw over $100 multiple times. I have a return receipt showing a ZERO balance, and they don’t seem to care. I wonder how many people they are doing this to. So frustrating and unethical

Great shop, they have a little bit of everything for band students like mine. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything in store. Definitely recommend if you need things for your band students! Prices were reasonable with options for entry-level students. You don't have to brake the bank to get your kids started.
