I had a water leak appear on the ceiling of a home I recently purchased, and Music City Roofers came right out to take a look. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and super nice to work with. I appreciate how easy they made the whole process and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing help in the Nashville area.

Jeff Camp was my salesman, and he did an outstanding job. He explained all the procedures Music City Roofers will cover, and patiently answered my questions and calmed my fears. He is very knowledgeable about roofing. He also has a great way of really listening to his clients, even if it's just a story that's irrelevant to the purchase. I felt heard and respected throughout a situation I'd never been through before. He's also encouraged me to call if I have questions or concerns. I now believe I'm in good hands. I am absolutely delighted with Jeff and his company.

Music City Roofers installed our roof in May '22 -- we were pleased at the time. Now, we are much more than pleased. We are selling the house and the buyer's house inspector asked some questions about the roof. Kaitlyn and Alberto responded quickly and professionally, going above and beyond to help, even though the issues were not related to Music City Roofers' work. Warranty will transfer to buyers, and they explained how to ensure that happens seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Music City Roofers recently replaced my roof and gutters, and overall the process went smoothly. They coordinated with my insurance, which made everything much easier for me. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the property well after finishing. The new roof and gutters look great, and I appreciate how Music City Roofers kept me updated throughout the project. It was a big job, and I’m glad to have it completed with quality results. I would recommend Music City Roofers to anyone needing roofing work handled.

We were deciding between 3 different roofing companies and Music City Roofers ended up winning our business because they were excellent to work with start to finish. They were easy to communicate with and get our questions answered. When we decided to make some changes they were quick to turn around scope and cost. They communicated great before, during, and after the project. We had no surprises and no issues. Excellent group to work with and highly recommend.
