I ordered a guitar online from this location. Prior to ordering I called and had some questions and staff was happy to help. They did a thorough quality control check on my instrument prior to shipping and were communicative through the whole process. Guitar was packed well and in great shape when it got to me. They have an excellent customer service and a store well stocked but it you're trying to sell your instruments either used or new they practically give you nothing. You are better off selling it on Facebook market or any other app. 😊

The employees have gone above and beyond to accommodate my 10 year old “bonus kid” explore the world of guitars as he saved up to make his FIRST purchase of an electric guitar. I’ve lost count of how many times they have set up an amp and let him jam out. I bought a used American professional II Jazzmaster from music go round. Their person I worked through the sale with was extremely helpful and provided thorough descriptions and explanations of any and all questions I had. When I decided to buy, they shipped my order promptly in a very well packed box, my guitar in its case. Though it came from probably 2500 miles away (nothing California to North Carolina), it arrived unscathed due to the excellent packing. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for used gear- check them out first before going to reverb. Chances are the price is better from this shop as well!
