MVMNT Lab is by far the best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to! I felt so welcome in my first class and every one since. Amy is so sweet and knowledgeable, and makes working out actually fun - sometimes I go just to be around a supportive group of women after a hard day. All the instructors are incredible so you really can’t go wrong with any class. Strength with Kate is one of my favorites. I was looking to get back into working out more consistently but didn’t want to go to a traditional gym, and the strength class felt like a perfect fit! The monthly unlimited membership is also a huge plus - something unique to this studio that I don’t know what I would do without. Classes are always challenging in the best way. I highly suggest MVMNT Lab - it’s like a wonderful little workout family ☺️
I cannot say enough amazing things about MVMNT Lab Pilates & Wellness! From the moment I walked in, Amy — the owner and absolute heart of the studio — made me feel so welcomed and supported. She is incredibly gracious, kind, and genuinely invested in every single person who walks through her doors. Her classes are the perfect balance: challenging enough to push you, but never so intense that you feel discouraged or out of place. Amy has a gift for making people of all shapes, sizes, and athletic levels feel comfortable, capable, and included. I’ve tried so many workouts over the years, but Pilates at this studio is truly special. It’s become the best part of my day. Even better — this is the only form of exercise I’ve found in a long time that pushes me without flaring up my autoimmune condition. If you're looking for a beginners experience to venture into the Pilates World, Amy and her crew are top notch the best! Take a few private lessons to build confidence and learn the basics, then jump into classes. At 55 years old, Mvmnt Lab has been the best experience of my life working out and actually enjoying the work outs. I look forward to them every week. If you're intermediate or beyond, there is a place for everyone at every class.
