He did the remote thing on my computer and corrected ikssues, deleted bad stuff. I would trust them with my system any time. I was so ikmpressed that we will do my wifes computer next week!!!! I'm a frequent gamer.I love to play video games, and I came to these guys for help.Because they were one of the first people that came up after.I googled for tech help.My issue was fps, stutters in my game and low fps, and one percent lows. After they had run some tests and did updates.I was then not able to play any of my games.They all kept crashing.I was then told to just factory reset my computer.And today, I was told I would get a call in the afternoon, and then I was set up an appointment 46 o'clock and still have not had any responses.And they have taken my money and are not helping. I highly do not recommend this company.They are lying and scamming about all the things they say they can do.They will not help you.They will only make matters worse.My suggestion is to go to people who actually know what they're doing.Heck even best buy has better ideas than them. And they're so called "technicians" when I was expressing the way they were treating me and how everything happened, I have gotten nothing back.They just said that they weren't gonna help me that.I was attacking at them when I said no I am putting things bluntly.They said they're not going to deal with me that they can just transfer me over to customer service and then proceeded to hang up.

Even though I'd always been cautious I had a terrible problem with computer hacking. Those rats were pretty experienced! Years ago I had a business and used My Computer Works and they were very good. I called them and they jumped into action to help. Within a few hours they were able to find the trouble and make necessary corrections. I'm so pleased with their techs knowledge and speed.

I have been with My Computer Works for 11 years. Have tried other places but they are the best. This time I was having problems with my email account. Couldn't get anywhere with Spectrum and AT&T. MCW's rep kept detailed notes of my previous problem with them and used that information to work with them and got me up and running. Thank you My Computer Works!
