Today was the second time I have used the services of My IT Guy. I was very pleased with the first interaction I had with Mike, who came to my home to sort through some fairly knotty computer problems. Today, Adam and I connected remotely and he spent time sourcing the difficulty and fixing it, all the while keeping me advised of what was going on. He was very low key and direct, commiserated with my frustration, immediately inspired confidence in me that he could help, thoughtfully answered any questions I had, and just generally made me feel at ease with the (mystifying) process of computer repair. His instructions to me were very clear and concise (no computer speak!) which enabled me to contribute to the team effort of getting me back up and running.
