Staff is always friendly. Place is always clean! Best way to burn some energy out of these kids! A good amount of different play areas. And bathrooms are clean 👌 🙌

Our favorite play spot in the plaza. It is the only one I trust to be clean and thoroughly help get your kiddos energy out! Lots of fun and challenging activities. You can actually sit and relax while the kids have fun here. Best part- there are no video games!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, GO PLAY COTY INSTEAD! For the new pricing (11/12/25) , I bought an all day pass because I asked if we could go out and back in to eat outside since no outside food is allowed and it would soon be lunch time. They said yes for the TWO TIMES I asked. When we came back from eating at Lolita's, the staff there said we weren't allowed in anymore. I guess they switched staff and she texted manager who supposedly said for this time we can go in but only 1 more hour. I asked for refund because I'm not accountable for their lack of training and they returned $5 !!!!! DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! I homeschool my child and encourage meets here but now I will let my groups know about this and they'll get better value for play and time at Play City. REPLY TO OWNER*- If staff is trained accurately than why was it not? Check your cameras. I asked before purchase and before we walked oit to eat to assure we could return. We were the ONLY customers at the time and my child was looking forward to there possibly being kids to play with after. Despite the empty place, you said 1 more hour even when I paid a FULLDAY AND ASKED for clarification twice? How is this assuring your staff is well trained to communicate???

Only regret is not coming here sooner! We have been to many indoor kid play places and this one is by far the cleanest one we’ve seen which makes it easy to come back. Their prices are very reasonable, you can bring food and drinks in to enjoy at the tables. Staff has also always been nice and great at enforcing their rules which help keep the kids safe 👏🏼

Took our kid there for a party. They host parties. Every weekend, you can expect to see parties in there. That is 1 area with 15 kids and parents and two areas with 10 kids each and the parents. Then you have all the additional traffic. So it can be pretty busy. They have a lot of physical challenges to tire your child out, though. Seems fairly clean. Staff seems to pay attention, which seems like mostly teens with adult supervision. The fifteen kid party area gets a few whiffs of the bathroom next to it that has his and hers doors propped open. I'm not sure why. Party packages come with specialty socks and tables for food and dining. Bring your food but read their rules. They have a small amount of prep time before your party slot and after for breakdown. Just warning of the little corners you might bump into because really, your kid's going to have a bunch of fun.
