Training with Candon was an awesome experience! He is very knowledgeable and I was able to steadily gain muscle mass while working with him, something that had been difficult before. I first started training with Candon in 2022. My goal was to lose weight, feel stronger, leaner, and improve my overall health. I trained for about a month and saw great progress, but life happened and I had to stop. In May of 2025 I came back, and I am so glad I did. Since then I have been training with him 2 to 4 times a week and it has made such a difference. Candon makes working out fun and something I actually look forward to. His gym has everything I need, but it is his personality that really sets him apart. He is supportive, funny, and always keeps me motivated with his cheesy trainer one liners like “last set, best set,” “you don’t have to, you get to,” and “movement is medicine and stillness is illness.” I laugh at them, but they stick with me and keep me going. He is also very accommodating with my busy schedule. If I cannot make a session, he always works with me to reschedule, even if it means moving things to the next day or the weekend. He pushes me when I need it, knows when to back off, and always works around my shoulder and lower back injuries. Since coming back, I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. Beyond just fitness, he has been a great support and we have built a genuine friendship. I am so thankful he encouraged me to return after three years away. Training with Candon has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself.
I have been working out with Candon since February of 2024, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. After going back to school to become a nurse and then surviving the pandemic, I had become overweight and sedentary. I had lost a lot of strength and was struggling with mobility issues. Candon responded to my request for more information very quickly and spent over 30 mins on the phone with me to get to know me and better understand my goals. During our first session together, he did a thorough assessment of my current level of strength and fitness and really took the time to understand my previous injuries and my current limitations. Candon met me where I was at and has done a remarkable job of helping me get stronger and improve my mobility. He has carefully and thoughtfully pushed me and helped me accomplish fitness goals I thought were beyond my capabilities. I am truly grateful for all of his encouragement and support, and I can’t wait to see what goals we crush next!
