So we thought we would try out the new Nacho Daddy location in Henderson, NV since our usual location in Summerlin has been closed. It did not disappoint. Beautiful location, easy access, interior is well laid out and it has all the great things we love about the Nacho Daddy franchise. The service was on point; wait staff was excellent, both professionally and efficient. They had lots of personality and the food arrived in a timely manner. My husband said the new Birria Nachos were spicy but very good. Quality and taste were great!! (I had the Cheeseburger Nachos) There was a lot of traffic, it's in a very busy shopping area but parking wasn't too bad. We had no problem finding a spot and we were there early in the afternoon so we beat the crowd. It is nice to have a location away from the strip and downtown areas avoiding the traffic nightmares. Definitely give it a try. I especially enjoy the wait staff at Nacho Daddy. They're always friendly and accommodating. You may want to make reservations or call ahead for a waitlist if you're going during prime time.

Giving a rare 5 on all categories. Not because it’s the greatest food in the world, but everything from the menu to the overall vibe and aesthetic is curated in this joint to make it a fun, unique experience for its guests. I thought that made this place stand out among many other restaurants I’ve been to. The nachos were genuinely great. I would dare say these were the best nachos I’ve had. The drinks were great too, they’re generously portioned and not overly sweet (if you get a cocktail). They even have something I’ve never seen before, a shot with a baby scorpion in it! It’s absolutely insane, which is why it’s awesome. A great conversation starter for the table (no I didn’t try it though!) The service was 10/10 and we had a lot of fun with the server who had a sociable personality. I’d absolutely come here again next time im in Vegas. Prices were ok.

Went for Lunch. So much fun. NICK was our server and he truly is a great server. He kept our drinks full and was not pushy. He told us of specials and answered all our questions. We ordered off the lunch menu because they were a smaller portion. Cheeseburger nachos, Birria Nachos and carnitas tacos with a side of rice. Chips and salsa for an appetizer. Topped it all of with the churro ice cream sundae thing (the churros were disgustingly gross) but the rest of it was great. We sat outside. Bathrooms were very clean I will definitely go again to try other items

I'm impressed. Loved the food, service, and atmosphere. The service was amazing. I was mesmerized by the description and information that was given by our server on all their dishes. I highly recommend Nacho Cheese for any occasion. Thank you.

I just had an amazing experience at Nacho Daddy, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my server, Marlo. From the moment I sat down, Marlo was incredibly attentive, personable, and kind. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and took the time to ensure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really elevated my dining experience — it’s rare to encounter someone who seems to truly care about their guests the way Marlo does. The food was great, but her exceptional service is what will keep me coming back. Thank you, Marlo, for making our visit so enjoyable! Nacho Daddy is lucky to have you.
