I hired Will Davis for a child support modification defense. He is very knowledgeable, but I felt he wasn't attentive to the details of my situation. What he described as a straightforward matter that was likely to be resolved within my $1,500 retainer ended up taking six months, costing over $6,000 and with me not receiving full parenting time deductions. Opposing counsel largely set the tone throughout. He has a lot of good reviews so I think he just wasn't invested in my relatively small case, which ended up being costly for me.
