We had an Amazing experience working with Matt Beasley and Nailed It Roofing...from day 1 thru completion Matt kept us informed and frequently checked in on us both in person or over the phone. We had never completed an insurance project prior to this, we've owned several homes over the past 28yrs, Matt was there to guide us through the process. We ended up completing a full roof replacement, with many upgrades, gutters and gutter guards...we did hit a few unexpected issues that the Nailed It team resolved without missing a beat. I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Matt was professional from start to finish, arriving exactly when he said they would and completing the project within 2 days. Matt's communication was excellent—kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood the process. After inspection, I found some issues that weren't up to standard so I called Matt, and he had his team come back out and fix it properly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and skilled roofing crew.

I had an amazing experience with Nailed It Roofing from start to finish! Stacy, the insurance coordinator, made the process so easy and stress-free — she stayed in touch every step of the way and handled all the details with my insurance company. Brittany did a great job capturing the progress with photos and really shows off the pride they take in their work. Matt, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood all my options before the project started. Jeff, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. And the roofing crew did an incredible job — fast, efficient, and left everything spotless.
