My wife and I have been doing yoga here for quite a few years and have always found it excellent. Keeshav is an excellent instructor ho makes everyone feel very welcome and does a great class. Our level would be more beginner and it suited us plus we developed a lot which was the main thing we went for.

I really love Namaste yoga centre - from attending weekly classes to specialised workshops. There are lots of classes to suit all abilities. I've been taught by both Keshav and Jill and I highly recommend them both. Keshav is one in a million and intuitively knows how far each student can go and his classes are always friendly with a relaxed approach. Jill is fantastic at breaking down moves with thorough explanations yet keeping it light hearted. They are so accommodating to your needs as well that you actually feel valued as a practitioner. I highly recommend this fantastic yoga and wellness centre.

I've known Keshav since he moved to Northern Ireland. I started classes over 10 years ago. Both my adult children have been to Keshavs classes and my best friends and sister also attend. I can't recommend him high enough as a yoga teacher. Classes are friendly, challenging and the best time of the week !. I've made lots of new friends over the years and everyone is always really supportive of each other. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and regular class keeps me strong and flexible. Best yoga teacher in NI.

After a few episodes of back pain 5 years ago, I started yoga classes at Namaste Yoga Centre, determined to take better care of myself. Keshav was so welcoming and encouraging, his ability to give each student individual attention and gently adjust your postures is great. I haven’t had any back pain since (even during 2 pregnancies) and I so look forward to classes at this lovely relaxed yoga centre.
