We absolutely loved our visit! The matcha mochi parfait is hands down the best in Seattle. This was my second time here, and the dessert did not disappoint. Delicious and beautifully presented—definitely coming back!
I’ve been supporting this matcha cafe since they first opened back in 2018, and they’ve been consistently excellent ever since. If you love matcha, this place is truly special. They offer a wide variety of matcha desserts and drinks, and every single one is deeply flavorful, balanced, and clearly made with high-quality matcha. None of that weak or overly sweet stuff. You can really taste the difference! I also appreciate that they don’t stop at matcha. Their hojicha and black sesame drinks and desserts are just as good, and I always end up ordering one of those too. For food, I rotate between the chicken nanban or the curry rice, and you honestly cannot go wrong with either. Everything is perfectly seasoned, comforting, and satisfying, whether you’re here for a full meal or just dessert. The setup is straightforward. You order at the counter, they bring the food to your table, and you bus your own table when you’re done. The cafe can get pretty packed, and tables are limited to one hour, so it’s not a place to linger forever. That’s understandable given how popular it is. Overall, if you’re a matcha lover, this place is a must try! High-quality tea, thoughtful desserts, solid food, and years of consistency make this place easy to recommend!
Literally the best matcha I've had in a while. I came all the way from California for a convention for yearbook with my classmates. We wanted to get matcha and we were going to go to Maiko's, but it's been since closed down sadly. THEN, one of my friends found this absolute gem. We walked for awhile and it was worth it, I ordered their normal matcha latte wow, I was blown away. It was so good, not grainy at all and the perfect balance of sweet. I tried my friend's matcha ice cream and it was good too, but the latte was on another level. I think I shed a tear, but I appreciate good matcha and this place has that. I don't have much words to explain it, but compared to another matcha I had a few days prior (IT WAS GRAY) this was so good. My other friend got their hojicha and it was really good too, I wish I could've tried everything. This might be one of the locations I'd 100% recommend to anyone going to Seattle!
I loved their Chicken Nanban rice plate. I’ve been here twice and always order the same dish. There is no parking lot, so you need to park about one block away from the restaurant. The karaage was also good. Indoor dining is always busy, and there isn’t much space.
