I’ve been coming here for YEARS for my dog and am super disappointed with what seems to be new staff I’m assuming? The guy at the front desk was rude and immediately off putting. My dog has separation anxiety so it helps when the people at the front are welcoming and excited to see him (and the old staff used to be.) My dog got a nail trim and when I got in the car with him there was blood all over my clothes. I understand nicking the quick happens, but to not even have the decency to TELL me until my poor dog is bleeding all over me was really upsetting. When my dog came out of the nail trim he was so anxious he immediately pooped, which is super alarming and he has NEVER done that before at any groomers. I’m really questioning what went on back there and I 10000% don’t feel safe coming back. For the safety of your dogs I would not bring them here.

Katie is amazing and does such a great job with our pomeranian Lulu. The staff is organized and kind. The facilities are very clean. They text or call us promptly when Lulu is ready to be picked up. Our dog doesn't get specialty grooming but one of the groomers there does beautiful design work if you are interested in it (see photo, so cute!!!). I recommend Nashville Pet Salon to all my friends when they get a new pet but I'm not sure if they can take new pets because they are so busy doing a great job with the pets they have. If you can get an appointment, take it!

Nashville Pet Salon is top notch. My two dogs have been groomed by Katie since 2017. Always a perfect groom. My scottie was a rescue and initially terrified of new people. Katie and her staff are patient with him. He does well now. My other little dog is high maintenance. SHe yips at the smallest touch to her fur, nails, etc. it’s been reported she does much better. She still gets a “drama Queen” report here and there. Just a great place. I feel my dogs are safe there and will receive the best. I always tell my friends that my dogs are going to their Elizabeth Arden Spa day when they get their grooming.

Worth the wait! Yes there is a waitlist to get your dog in the door here, but we’re so happy we waited! Our dog absolutely LOVES it here and we couldn’t feel more comfortable every time we drop her off for her monthly spa visit! Everyone that we’ve interacted with from the staff and grooming team over the last year has been absolutely wonderful and professional and we can tell that they treat our girl like one of their own! Thank you Nashville Pet Salon for keeping such a high standard of care and professionalism even during Nashville’s insane growth - you’re worth the wait!

Best team in Nashville! My dog Cash hates getting his nails done and has some trust issues with new people, definitely not the easiest to deal with. He comes out of Nashville Pet Salon looking cute, happy, and calm. Both Paige and Melissa have been great with him. He's a very anxious boy, so I really love how patient they are. I feel so much more comfortable knowing my dog isn't stressed out and isn't being rushed out the door. Considering the quality of the services, the amazing care they show the animals, and the enriching environment, their prices are great; you get your moneys worth. Thanks Melissa and Paige!
