Nashville Physical Therapy has been wonderful from start to finish. They have very helpful folks located here in Nashville answering my calls have benn really great. Aly, my Physical Therapist has an extensive knowledge and is so good at her craft. She's help me deal with pain and weakness from a back injury and now progressed to strengthening of the muscles again while monitoring for hurdles along the way. I just couldn't be happier. I feel much better in a short time after my injury.

I worked with Aly toward the end 2024 on a recurring calf strain issue I've had for about five years. Before seeing Aly, I saw every doctor and did every type of therapy under the sun, but never had long-term relief. As a runner, this was devastating and created a lot of setbacks for me. Aly listened and captured all my past experiences and treatments and created a customized plan for me that included physical therapy, a return-to-running program after my last flare-up (September '24), and dry needling. Because I live 45-60 mins from the West Nashville location, we did a combo of in-person and virtual visits. I'm happy to report that after working with Aly, I completed 18 weeks of marathon training pain-free and just completed my second marathon today! I'm very grateful her guidance and support got me literally back on my feet to help me not only finish another marathon but get a PR! I also feel like I'm in really good hands and can always reach back out to her if/when I have further issues. I highly recommend Aly and Nashville PT & Performance!!

This place is IT. Brittany and her staff are LOVELY to work with. Her goal is to make sure you are moving and healthy so that you don't have to rely on seeing her... but she is always there to catch you when you need her!! They also do a 15 minute FREE consultation so you can make sure Brittany and her team are a good fit for your wellness needs!

I haven’t worked with this business as a patient yet, but I wanted to share the exceptional experience I had when reaching out to inquire about their practice. I called with questions about new patient availability and insurance, and received a call back from Amy. She answered various questions about their business, as well as questions I had about how to help promote recovery and what exercises and movements would be good to do while exercising on my own. I had called 4 other practices in the area to make an educated decision on which would be the best to utilize - Amy was the only one to ask about my injury and offer advice/consultation. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone providing time and information to a stranger who was not a paying customer. I can only imagine how much compassion and care they put towards their active clients.

I worked with Aly over several sessions at Nashville PT. Not only were the sessions helpful in understanding my arm pain, but her approach in prescribing exercises to practice at home made for a great recovery. I’ve regained a lot of function in my arm since beginning PT and am thankful for the multitude of treatment options they provide. Thank you, Aly!
