Dear Natalia and Olga I admire you work you real professionals and in this difficult times amount of work sometimes exceed your capacity,however you always trying to help people as much as you can and more. I use your service for many years and so far you never let me down. Personally would like to thank you for saving my wedding ...dress you made for me was like for a princess from fairytale.Never expected it to be so perfect . As well I remember when you volunteered to sew the uniforms for our Great NHS,it was made free of charge. And I was shocked how beautiful and perfect they came and how happy you girls were to help in this difficult situation . I totally support you on working by appointments only .Despite you have not very large room everything is always sparkling clean and disenfectant for hands always offered to customers on arrival as well as protective masks if someone in need. Please continue what you do because we really need people who knows their job insideout and have huge hearts . Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything . You simply the best.

Customer service was really bad as I was ignored whilst they continued to speak a foreign language- was told item would take more than two weeks for a simple take in. Came to another seamstress around the corner and will be ready tomorrow. Shame!

This place is AMAZING! I came here on a work trip to Glasgow for 2 weeks because I needed a few pants taken in. Natasha & the girls completed everything within two days, and the tailoring was some of the best I've had. They are all also very lovely! I only wished I lived here in Glasgow so I could come all the time! Also, the pricing is really reasonable. Thank you so much!
