May mother in law was in a situation where she needed to sell her home quickly and move into another place. Nathan King Real Estate had just handled the sale of my mother's home 9 months prior and they did a fantastic job, so we decided to call them to handle this sale also. Nathan came out to the house on very short notice and had already done the research needed and so we hired him. 2 days later he was already moving and getting all of the many things in place in order to list and advertise her home. Within 3 weeks, the home was sold, the inspections had been completed, all of the internal negotiations were settled and we were in escrow with the price we wanted. The escrow was short and seamless. The whole process was as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. I will be calling Nathan King Real Estate in a few years when we are ready to downsize and sell our home.

I cannot say enough positive comments about the Nathan King Real Estate Group. They put a plan together to sell our house, they sold it quickly without underpricing it. It was a smooth process. They have many ideas on how to setup the house, market the house, and small improvements that you might need to make. However, they are not forcing anything on you, rather, they will clearly explain the rationale behind their recommendations, cost, and impact on the sales process. In our case their ideas were spot on. In hind sight we should have enacted a few more of their ideas, but it still turned out just fine.
