Oscar was super helpful with my home buying process. I was referred to him by my Loan Officer and it worked out great. As a first time buyer he was able to guide me through the stressful parts and was always kind to answer any questions I had, even if they seemed silly lol. Prompt responses, Thorough, and very knowledgeable. This guy had some nice connections with several tradesmen as well to point me in the right direction. Choosing Oscar as our realtor was one of the best decisions I could have made in my home buying process. From the beginning, he was great at communicating and guiding us through the process. He promptly answered any of our questions which helped us make informed decisions. In all, Oscar helping us through this process made everything flow smoothly.
There are many amazing things to say about Oscar that I wouldn’t even know where to start. This was our first time buying a home, and we knew zero knowledge about the buying process and looking at homes. When we first met Oscar, we met with him at his office, where he showed a slide show that simplified the whole process and clarified how the home buying process works. To me, this was very important, as buying a house can be very challenging and overwhelming. Oscar introduced us with the presentations, clarified and simplified the process so that we could understand as first time home buyers. Over the span of 5 months, we finally found our first home. The first time we looked at our first showing we Oscar, we were ready to go all in. Oscar gave us pros and cons of the house, also including what we told him what we like and don’t like. He reminded us not to rush the process, which was very true. Our first time buying a home and we got way too excited when we saw the first house. Looking back now, I am glad he provided his expertise and knowledge so we wouldn’t regret our decision. Oscar was very patient with us during the process and took us to many houses. He even looked for houses similar to our interests on the side of our house viewing. Throughout the whole process, Oscar was very honest and knowledgeable with each property he showed us. As first time home buyers, we had no knowledge and no clue what to look for in houses. On top of that, Oscar has connections with many other professionals who helped us perform inspections to make sure our home was in good condition before we moved forward with the purchase. Besides being a realtor, Oscar is also a very genuine person who is really looking at the best interests for his clients. He really takes the extra steps in order to make the home buying process more smooth and less stressful for his clients. He goes out of his way for his clients. Even after buying our first home, we still have questions and Oscar will help us with the process. Or if he can’t, he has the many resources to help you and will get those resources to come help you with what you need! There is so much more I can say about Oscar, and I can go on and on. If I could give Oscar 100/5 stars on google I would! I am very thankful we found him as our realtor, and I am truly appreciative of him and how much he has helped us throughout the whole process. If you’re reading these reviews as a potential client, don’t doubt it, just choose Oscar! You won’t regret it.
Oscar deserves more than 5 Stars! If you’re in the market or even just exploring your options, I can’t recommend Oscar enough! He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his clients. My husband and I first met him back in 2020, but the timing wasn’t right for us to buy. When we reached out again in July 2025 to come up with a game plan, Oscar picked up right where we left off and guided us every step of the way. He truly listens to your wants and needs, hes very flexible with schedules, and maintains great communication from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had Oscar always took the time to explain everything clearly and kept such a positive attitude which made us feel more at ease. Thank you Oscar for helping us close on our dream home! We couldn't have done it without you.
