This summer, my husband and I needed help and were looking for a good specialist. We found this company online, read good reviews... and contacted their office in writing. We received an automatic notification that they were on vacation... Fine. But then, about a day later, my husband received a rejection response... I wrote to them myself, and they called me back. I explained the situation, and they said they would call back. But no one called back. And they didn't even write. We found a good specialist elsewhere, and the problem was solved. If they had honestly told us that they didn't want to take on our case, instead of giving us false hope with the phrase "we'll call you back," I wouldn't be writing this comment.

He is very prompt and attentive to my returns and is always available to answer my questions, even outside of the tax season!
