This course was great. Customer service was very helpful, kind, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Especially Pamela. She walked me through everything. She said the hours and days she'd be there, and she was! No joke! When I called, she was there! So nice. I took my time, I and I could use my old, beat up Moto g from year's ago. I was again surprised! I took a couple weeks to do a four and a half hour course on my time. I could log on and off, eat, watch TV, go on YouTube, take breaks then come back and do more modules. I took an online traffic school class from NTSI, after researching many companies offering the court approved class…and I’m so glad I chose them. Every single module was informative, easy to understand and offered relevant information on so many traffic topics. I actually learned so much as opposed to sitting in a classroom yawning lol. The pages were so beautifully constructed with great photos, charts, lists, and many interactive instructional exercises. The course was divided into well-paced modules with testing provided at reasonable intervals and chances to correct misunderstandings. Even the tests were informative. I found NTSI easy to register on, helpful staff when I had questions, and a great overall layout where I could track my progress. This was no “comedy store” class…it’s a thoughtful, informative, and well-structured class. I vote yes if you’re considering them!
