Natomas Express Car Wash and Detail

I visited this car wash for a basic service, during which my bumper was severely damaged and partially torn off. A claim was filed immediately, and staff attempted to temporarily push the bumper back into place and secure it with tape. Since that time, the owner has failed to contact me regarding the claim or the condition of my vehicle. My bumper is now loose and flaps while driving, creating an ongoing safety hazard. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, no one has provided any information regarding next steps or resolution. The lack of communication, responsibility, and concern for customer safety is unacceptable and unprofessional. This business continues to operate while causing damage to customers’ vehicles without proper follow-up, resolution, or staff guidance on handling incidents.

A gate closed on me while driving through, caught the entire passenger side. Came to the carwash to hopefully buffer out some of it… after they finished the detail. Couldn’t even tell it happened in the first place. Highly recommend!!! Also the lobby, is very clean, comfortable and relaxing.

I’ve been to Natomas Car Wash and Detail Center many times, but today was truly a standout experience — and it all came down to the gentleman who dried our car and finished it with the tire shine. This man was next-level with his attention to detail. He went over the car not once, but twice, making sure every last drop of water was gone and every surface looked immaculate. Then, when he applied the tire shine, he did it with such care and precision that our car literally looked brand new rolling out of there. He’s a Black gentleman with glasses, and I have to say — hands down the BEST we’ve ever had at this car wash. If I catch him next time, I’m definitely Venmo’ing him something extra for the TLC he put into our car. That’s how good he was. Now, I’ve got to be honest — the experience started off rocky. The Indian guy with the gold earring who was guiding us into the wash didn’t seem to care at all. Barely sprayed the car down, looked disinterested, and had me worried that the whole visit would be a disappointment. For a moment, I thought this was going to be a 1-star review. But the guy at the end? He completely turned it around. His effort, professionalism, and pride in his work saved the day and transformed this into a 5-star review. People like him are the reason I’ll keep coming back here. Management, if you’re reading this — please recognize him, because he represents the kind of service that makes your business shine.

Stay away from this place. Took my car for a quick wash here today and found new scratches when I got home. This is so disappointing because I thought I had found a good car wash just a minute drive from home. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Great range of services provided. Workers provide excellent service and the business has great amenities while you wait- clean bathroom, comfortable seating, wide range of car accessories to purchase, and a nice kids area with coloring, books, board games. I had both my interior and exterior of vehicle done and am very satisfied. I will be a returning customer!
