We ordered our dining table in August 2025. Initially we were told the table would be delivered early November 2025. We were encouraged to order the table when in the shop to prevent further delay. So we did, with the hopes it would come before Christmas. We received no communication about the table delivery unless we contacted them. Even then they avoided our questions. Long story short our table was not booked for delivery until w/c 5th January 2026. We tried asking about cancelling but basically was ignored or swerved. When waiting for the table to be delivered on 9th Jan I received a call saying its not coming and will come the following day. They stated they had texted me, I confirmed I had not received a text message and gave benefit of the doubt. But the response from customer service was rude and almost gaslighting. The table was eventually delivered on 10th Jan - the delivery guys were nice. However, they left dints in our wall due to leaning furniture up on it. During this whole time I was emailing customer service expressing my concern and disappointment - using Resolver. We were offered a refund of £39.50 for an order over £600 - we paid £90 for delivery alone. They refused to refund the delivery payment even though once the table was delivered & we had damage on the wall. They told us to fill in a form for damage - which makes me feel like this is a regular occurrence. We were completely exhausted with this process so in the end accepted the £39.50 - we were just glad to see the table. Up until this point, almost a month later and two follow up emails, we have still not received a refund, nor are they responding to our emails either. I honestly would avoid this company - it’s not worth it! So rude & unhelpful.

Great service, we've been to several companies and not found a mattress that fits our purpose in our budget. Staff were great, especially Naz, managed to find us a brilliant mattress within our budget that was great quality from the sale. Thank you so much!!

Just left NCF - Leeds after 5 star service from Arif. Proper down to earth and extremely helpful. We went in to buy a mattress and came out very happy. He made us laugh along with being very professional. Thanks Arif, we’ll definitely be back in the future for other items of furniture :)

Myself and my partner Alex visited to look for a new dining room table and chairs. We found an absolute bargain and were assisted by Michael at the Leeds store. He wasn’t invasive and only approached us for help when we asked him to. He was quick and efficient in the whole purchasing process and is amazing at his job! Thank you so much ☺️

We visited NCF living looking for a double bed and received excellent service from Michael at Leeds. It was the right balance of service and information and wasn’t pushy at all. We returned 2 days later to make a purchase and he instantly recognised us as well as remembering our daughters names - I would highly recommend NCF and Michael 👍
