Brilliant experience. I had my box collected for free. Next day email letting me know it had arrived and an offer made in the next couple of days. Communication is great, was kept up to date throughout the process and I was happy with my offer which I accepted. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others. I was very mindful of the process, it all sounded so easy - could what was being said be this true? My parcel was collected from my preferred address and I was told when it had arrived. I then got confirmation that my bit n bobs had been looked at and there was an offer waiting for me. £50, I thought - but talk about amazed, that's an understatement I was offered a no quibble 4 figure sum which I accepted. Use again most definitely

Sent one pair of Raybans and two immaculate binoculars. I was offered £17 in total, no breakdown of the valuation. After ringing them to 'discuss the offer' they upped it to £21. I asked them to return the items. Overall sending and returning experience was good, and easy process with good coms. But the valuations not breaking down the individual items is flawed. My advice is only send one item at a time, that's the only way you'll get an individual valuation and offer. I accept they have to sell and make a profit, but I was expecting about half of eBay selling prices. I would say they are offering about a quarter of eBay selling prices.
