My wife and I have been using Neat Freak Clean the last 3 months and we love the service. We’re new parents who chose to get a monthly cleaning service to help us stay on top of household needs. They are reliable, quick and efficient but also thorough. Elba in particular is fantastic! It’s such a relief knowing they will get to the areas we don’t have the bandwidth to tackle. We highly recommend. 5 stars all the way around.

I’ve been using Neat Freak for a few months now and have absolutely loved them! Nicole and her team are extremely thorough and communicative. They always leave my home spotless, text the day before to confirm, and are very considerate of the space. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

If you can make it work, I HIGHLY recommend budgeting for a regular cleaning. Between work and kids w/sports, I just cannot get to deep cleaning the way I want to and missing a week or two really adds up. And once you budget, I def recommend Neat Freak. Nicole is very upfront about the process and her team has a great eye for detail. Love the reminders, ease of payment, and her checking in afterward to ensure you are happy! Coming home from work to a clean house is wonderful and I am super happy Neat Freak and Nicole are there to make this possible. Thanks!!
