The grout in my kitchen has been a beast- in fact, I thought it was dark gray grout “with a little dirt.” Wrong! Christopher got the grout to an original light gray and I’m so happy! He also was able to tackle a cat urine spot in a bedroom that was too stubborn for us to treat ourselves. It’s been over a week, and the urine smell has not returned and the grout makes me smile every time I walk in the kitchen. I highly recommend Christopher - he’s professional, a great communicator of what he will do and can’t do, respects a good carpet line (iykyk) and keeps a good sense of humor. Highly recommend!
