Five star service and five star repair. I often reserve stars for the best.... These guys know their stuff. I consistently use them when the dealer is 2 or 3 weeks out on appointments. The dealer was never really concerned and these guys made us feel welcome. They explained everything so we felt the cost was justifiable.

These guys saved me a thousand dollars! I had a scare last year with white plumes coming out of the engine bay during the hottest day playing Pokémon Go 🥲 I was originally quoted for ≈1,500$ because it was thought that my coolant line was leaking and that system (line & timing belt) needed to be replaced, and Toyota doesn't just sell the line. -This also included the windshield washer fluid nozzles for cleaning my windshield because I was tired of spraying my windshield manually (by hand) 💀 82$ replacement. During the next call, they told me that the system didn't actually need to be replaced, but it was the radiator cap that was weak, and during hot times that was what was leaking. 55$ (parts) fix 🥲 They also told me about the sway bar links & bushings that needed to be replaced (honestly why bumps were disasterous), oil change, wheel stud+lug nut replacement, and future brake pads/feet replacement. I went ahead with everything recommend (omitting brake stuff), and ultimately saved myself 400$! 😭 I will be getting my future car maintenance done here, and will be recommending them to my friends and family! JIC, as an FYI- They do charge 164$/hour for labor. I honestly think that's a reasonable price bc idk shit about cars, especially when they time themselves accurately and can give estimates on how long things will actually take them. A true sign of professionals that have done this shit before. Also, during the whole process, they gave to the cent prices for parts. And they offer warranty for two years/24k miles on new parts/labor. You can bring in your own parts though! Those just don't have warrenty. They also have documentation for getting approval for everything along the way! Thank you Juan for your hard work, and Richard for the great communication! 😭 🖤

I went in for brakes. I had been 2 other places who told me they were bad and needed replaced for $900. I have had the car 4 months I went to Nef's and they told me that my brakes are fine.. they did find something wrong .it was under warranty They worked with the warranty company I did not do a thing. I will definitely go back.

Brought in my car for a loud rattling near the back, thinking it was simply the exhaust or heat shield. Not even half an hour later, they diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures, and recommended me to another shop to have it replaced. Super quick, easy to understand, and also filled up my tires (I’m horrible about that so thank you)! Very happy with the service I got and would definitely go there again for car troubles!
