I want to give a huge shout-out to Ryan at Flash's. From the very first interaction, Ryan was incredibly compassionate and understanding about my daughter’s situation. She was involved in a car accident caused by a medical condition, and Ryan handled everything with genuine care, empathy, and professionalism. There was never any pressure—just patience, kindness, and a real desire to help during a stressful time for our family. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, explain options, and make sure we felt supported. What stood out most is that this didn’t feel like “special treatment” because of the circumstances—it felt like this is simply how Ryan operates day in and day out. That level of compassion and service says a lot about him and the business he represents. We haven’t had the repair completed yet, but when the time comes, we will absolutely be back.
