I popped my tire and these folks were amazing. Not only were they fast, friendly and efficient, they were incredibly helpful. Explained everything down to the last detail and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. I would highly recommend!!
Detailed & Focus on Value/Service! I had an amazing experience at Neighbor Tire after being referred by a friend. The value is unbeatable—I purchased a new tire for the price I was quoted for used tires at other shops nearby! The level of service is what truly sets them apart. The owner is wonderful: so nice, patient, honest, and easy to talk to. When I arrived, the service felt like valet! I just parked and relaxed in the waiting area. The tech was also very nice and respectful. Speaking of the waiting area, it's a huge plus. It's very clean and comfortable, with plenty of places to sit, games to play, a huge TV, and Norland Pure water. They offer both new and used tires. Stop by, you won't regret it! (And to the owner: that 3D-printed fidget you got from a customer is amazing—I still want the connect!)
Very friendly workers. Came Here while they were slow and got my stocks put back on and my oversized tires back in my bed. Would definitely return when ready for another set of tires.
Best tire shop in town for a reason! Stevan and his employees take extra care of their customers from beginning to end. Highly suggest anyone use them for anything from mounting to finding new / used tires!
New and used tires. Stevan (like seven) helped me out with a tire and rim situation. He was helpful, kind, and resourceful. All the good things customer service is all about. The store is clean inside with a nice seating area if you are there for the wait. I was told motorcycle tires can be done (off the bike for now, but working on that), campers as well. I will be back again when tire needs are needed.
