I honestly cannot recommend these jewellers enough! This was my second time using Neil Rayment (the first was for a bracelet), and both experiences have been exceptional. I wanted to create a necklace pendant from scratch as a gift. Even though I only provided a few very rough sketches and a concept, Elan was there from start to finish. They guided me through the entire process and offered amazing suggestions that I never would have considered. The team executed the vision better than I could have ever hoped for. The final design is exactly what I wanted, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the pendant is incredibly detailed and perfect. I still can't stop smiling over how much I love it! The communication, suggestions, and final product are always top-tier.

Neil and his team provide a 5 star service in every way. I have been using Neil for repairs to jewellery for around 5 years now. He is exceedingly experienced, exceptionally helpful, most efficient and very good value. He is also makes very beautiful jewellery and can do this from 'an idea' or he can use existing jewellery to make something very special. All in all a superb service and I cannot recommend Neil highly enough.

I’m absolutely delighted with my experience at Neil Rayment Jewellery. I got in touch to ask a few questions about making changes to my engagement ring, and when I popped in, Neil was so friendly and helpful. He guided me through the best options for the changes I wanted and also agreed to fix a bracelet I’d been meaning to have repaired for ages. When I went back a week later to collect my pieces, I was blown away, I love them even more now than I did before! I didn’t think I could love my engagement ring any more, but I can’t stop looking at it. Highly recommend Neil Rayment Jewellery!

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible work you did in designing my dad's ashes ring. After losing my dad last year, I was looking for a personal and meaningful way to remember him, and you truly exceeded all my expectations. The ring you created is not just a beautiful piece of jewellery; it is a precious tribute to my dad. Incorporating his hair and ash into the design, and using the gold from his bracelet for the ring band was such a thoughtful touch. Additionally, your suggestion to use emeralds around the base of the ring to symbolize his birthstone and the month he passed was simply perfect. When you contacted me to show the crystal opal that would be laid on top of the ashes set in resin, I knew instantly that it was exactly what I was looking for. Your kindness, compassion, and a bit of humour throughout the design process made the experience truly special. You were so sensitive to my feelings, taking pictures throughout the entire build of the ring so that I could see the ashes being set. The tribute photo you took in your workshop with the ring, an urn, and the picture I had given you was a wonderful gesture that I will cherish forever. Thank you once again, Neil, for creating such a beautiful and meaningful piece that will always remind me of my very special dad.
