Very disappointing service by nectar, I recently got a 2 juices with my husband, both of them had 60% ice in it, poor service quality. None of the team members were considerate or concerned with customer service.

The only thing that could improve my experience with this company is a massive reduction in plastic waste. Rental bowls? Bring from home? I don’t know, anything. That’s not a complaint specific to this company, or this location; they could just have even more of my business if they got rid of the garbage. Great recipes, love the ingredients. What’s next?

The smoothies here are absolutely fantastic, i love how they make them with all real ingredients! I look forward to getting one when i can, However i will say the service is pretty slow I was waiting for almost an hour for my smoothie and the workers are reserved and don’t really make you feel that welcomed. The drinks are amazing though and you m ow I’m gonna come back for more.

Love this place. The smoothies, juices and bowls are always on point. Everyone that works here is very friendly, I truly love the staff. The only downside is they always are short staff. Usually two people working which personally don’t think is enough. Sometimes they can be pretty slow, even when you order ahead of time on the app. I do think the Roseville location is a bit better only because they have more staff which orders come out quicker. Love this place! Right in the Heart of Midtown🤟🏼 perfect place to start my day! The Chocolate Peanut butter Smoothie was delicious 💯👌🏽 must try if you are in Midtown
