You can tell when someone enjoys what they do because of the passion that comes out when analyzing problematic issues; needless to say, my computer was exhibiting various oddities. I appreciated Chris’s expertise and patience in explaining to me what could be the problem, and also for him being flexible with his time. I am not computer savvy, so I appreciated his professionalism, ease and demeanor. Long story short, my computer is fixed, and it’s working great, like new. I am really grateful and relieved that I got someone who is an expert, and that I didn’t have to buy another gadget.

Great job! I had an odd request - I wanted to go backward from Win 11 to Win 10 on a new laptop. This pro did it without blinking an eye. He also cleaned up a slow disk on another computer, made me real happy. Very fair fees as well. I definitely recommend.
