We received amazing customer service at this location! Poyan was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and he knew how to file for the Google extended repair plan for our Google Pixel 9 pro. The screen was flickering with lines and then went black, but Poyan was able to replace the screen under the Google repair process in just a few hours. Thank you again for your awesome work!

I’m a returning Ubreakifix customer, but this was my first time at the Market Street location. It was just as great an experience as my other visits — excellent customer service, quick diagnosis, and fast repair at the exact price they quoted. I brought in my iPhone with an unresponsive screen, and they had it fixed in about 45 minutes. The repair was $130, which is so much cheaper than my cell carrier’s insurance, and definitely better than having to mail my phone out and wait for a replacement. My screen looks brand new and works perfectly. The staff was friendly, professional, and straightforward. I highly recommend this location if you need fast, reliable phone repairs!

Zack is very knowledgeable & has the tools to get the job done right. I went there today because my iPhone xs max didn’t want to charge. I had been charging it with the wireless charging function that iphones have since it had happened and not with the actual charging port. I was expecting a big expensive to fix it. He was very honest and told me that 90% of the time its because the charging port gets dirty. He took a good look at it and when he brough back to me from his work space, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The phone was charging again! I really appreciate his service & honesty.
