I had been taking my car to Nesto Car for almost 12 months and initially thought they were reliable. However, my opinion changed completely after a recent issue. After paying over $400 for an automatic transmission service, I was reassured that my vehicle was “good to go.” Within five minutes of leaving the workshop, both the engine light and AT light came on. Concerned, I took my car to another mechanic who informed me that the transmission service had not actually been completed. When I tried to contact Ed, who previously answered my calls by name, it became clear he was avoiding my calls — now having a woman answer and say he was “not available” or “on lunch break.” In the end, my car required a full transmission replacement and another transmission service, costing me significantly more. I left feeling completely taken advantage of, especially as a single woman with limited mechanical knowledge. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend Nesto Car.

I’ve been bringing both my car and my partner’s car to Nestocar and couldn’t be happier with the service. Ed and Pedro are absolute legends, always professional, honest, and friendly. The prices are fair, and the quality of work is excellent. Recently had a car crash and they also took care of the panel beating, highly recommend!!

I bought my car just three months ago, and while parked at a shopping centre, I noticed a dent on the rear left passenger door — someone had hit it and left without saying anything. I went to Supercheap Auto, where I was told it could be fixed easily from the inside. Unfortunately, I hired someone who ended up making it worse by using a screwdriver on the door. I went to several repair shops and got different prices and opinions, but none really helped until I found Nestocars. The owner was honest and professional. He pointed out that the car had overspray and previous dents that I had never noticed before. That really surprised me, especially since I bought the car second-hand from Toyota and there was no record of any accidents. Nestocars gave me a great price and included a full car polish. The result was incredible. You can clearly see in the photos that the dents are completely gone — the door looks flawless and brand new. I truly appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Nestocars to anyone looking for excellent and trustworthy car repairs.
