From the beginning of my search, I was welcomed and taken care of right away. I think it was a little over year ago when I physically went into the Neu facility to purchase a washing machine. So when my dryer went out I immediately thought of the staff at Neu, remembering how pleasant my experience was. This time was not different. The delivery guys were excellent, thorough and accommodating. I'm pleased with all of them. I will consider using this shop again...I do need a new built in microwave. I would recommend this shop and it's staff to anyone who's in the market for their next "almost new" appliance.

I had the pleasure of iinteracting with 4 men in selecting, purchasing , and having delivered. Dilan did an outstanding professional customer of helping to narrow my selection by asking the right question. Andrew stepped up to assist my purchasing because Dilan was with other clients. Then, the day of delivery was handled by the dynamic team of Mason and Kyle. The care and teamwork from made this Queen’s dream a reality. Thank you!

I appreciate the in-store customer service Andrew provided me. However, after purchasing the Samsung washer and dryer set, with the dryer being scratch and dent (lots of dents on the sides) and seeing the same set sold by the manufacturer both brand new out the box for the same price as the set I bought from Neu Appliance was extremely disappointing. So, I didn't get a deal with you guys at all. In fact, I still have buyers regret. Not to mention, service had to come out a couple weeks later to pull the dryer apart and bang out some dents that were causing the drum to scrape against the chassis. I hope you guys will make this right and I'd be able to come back and edit this review.

I recently purchased a fridge from Neu Appliance-Outlet. When visiting the outlet ask for salesman Andrew. Andrew is professional, personable, and has incredible knowledge of appliances which made purchasing easy. I also like to highlight the delivery men Jay and Mason who were early, courteous, and work swiftly. I'm pleased with my purchase and the level of customer service.

It was do easy to buy my appliance online, there were lots of choices for really great cost, and Andrew communicated with me right away about the delivery schedule. The delivery team communicated well, were prompt and professional. They made sure the washer amd dryer fit perfectly and was working well before they left. The only improvements I would request is offering the military discount when ordering online and offering the warranty options when ordering online. Otherwise Andrew was awesome and even called to check how the delivery went and to ask if he could do anything else to improve the service. I have already purchased a refrigerator and a washer and dryer from them and will definitely be back!
