This was my first time using movers ever. Alex and his crew arrived on time on the set appointment and they were able to get things on the truck fast. Their truck ramp was not working properly and the time that was used to troubleshoot the problem, he did not charge me which is what i am pleased with. They were able to get my stuff into the new apartment and helped with getting my couch and washer and dryer set up. This is my first experience with users and it was the best experience. Will definitely be passing out their cards and recommending people to them. Alex and crew, again thank you for all your help today and for being fast with great customer service!
