Beware of this place taking advantage of woman my mom went to buy furniture they told her new in box. Went to go pick up and they tried to GIVE HER FLOOR MODEL instead for the same price. NOT going to happen I went and manager still insist it’s brand new floor model that’s been on display for months. Got our money back don’t do business with them. Let them go out of business trying to take advantage of people still as they are closing. It’s about time BYE new deal furniture. Thank god for online shopping now. Just weeks ago, we bought a leather sofa set and recliner from the New Deal Furniture store in El Paso, we had some issues with the furniture and I am truly amazed at the commitment of James Goodwin (the clearance manager) that is in town to help liquidate all the merchandise on hand, to come forward to address our issues to beyond our satisfaction. He believes in true customer service and made sure that we were satisfied with our end product. James, thank you for caring to make a difference in our shopping experience!!! First off I’d like to start off with Mr. Osvaldo for waiting for me, for walking me through the process and getting me the best price! Ralph, thank you as well, Victor I appreciate what you did! And the head cashier, she’s the sweetest ever! Very attentive and quick. And sweet!!

This store is really great. The liquidation sale is really amazing here. Osvaldo is a great salesman. He remembers me every time, even about 3-4 weeks apart. I first came in looking for a sectional couch for my new apartment. The store just didn’t have anything that was in my taste, BUT do not be discouraged. They have a wide variety and really great deals, it was just a preference thing for me when it came to what they have. I ended up getting a coffee table I needed anyway and got it almost 50% off. Osvaldo let me have the store hold it for me so I could pick it up a couple days later. I just picked it up on Saturday and they had it all wrapped up and ready to go when I came in. I really recommend this place for any furniture needs, I’ve even had buddies buy recliners from here and they really enjoyed them and got great deals too.
