Working with Steve and Melissa at New Horizon Mortgage was such a great experience! They made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. Steve broke everything down in a way that actually made sense (a rare gift when it comes to mortgages), and Melissa kept me updated every step of the way — super responsive and always on top of things. They’re a fantastic team: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. I never thought I’d say this about a mortgage process, but I actually had a good time. The most stressful part of buying a home is getting to the closing table--but thankfully, I had Steve and Melissa on my side. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything stayed on track and my loan went through smoothly. I've purchased four other homes before, and this one was by far the most challenging, but Steve's down-to-earth personality and diligent work gave me peace of mind every step of the way. Not only did we close on time--we actually closed early! And to top it off, Steve secured the lowest rate available. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll absolutely be working with them again for my next purchase in San Antonio.
