Switched here from another dog daycare & cannot recommend this place enough. Our labrador, Henry absolutely loves the daycare. He comes home so tired & happy after swimming in their inground pool majority of the day. The pick up & drop off process is super quick. They offer boarding & grooming which is so convenient. The prices are also very reasonable in comparison to other places. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this pet resort! As a first time boarder, I was nervous at first but my dog was well looked after, she had a great time making friends and playing. The staff there is amazing and made everything easy and convenient. They really care and treat your pet like family. I would highly recommend this pet resort!

My dog has been going to New Tampa Pet Resort for 7 years. Yet every time we drive up he acts like it’s Christmas morning. He can’t wait to get out of the car, he’s excited and happy to see the staff who greet us. Every single time. The staff are wonderful !! They play with Tucker or snuggle with him. They always keep me informed, are friendly and kind. He goes to daycare there several times a week. I know while he is there he is safe, well taken care of and loved. When I pick him up he is happy, tail wagging and ready for a short nap on the way home. I never worry about him during the day. So thankful to have found them. Five stars!

My fur baby Stitch always loves coming to New Tampa Pet Resort! I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our baby. Our dog had a blast during his stay—he came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We loved getting daily updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. They offer everything from playtime to grooming, and even the pick-up process was smooth and professional. It’s so reassuring to know there’s a place in Tampa that treats pets like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality care for their furry friends!

Very friendly, responsive and I love the daily paw-gress reports they send, along with video and pics. My pup was always looking happy. This is the only pet resort I will use! Highly recommend them. I worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years and never ever heard a negative comment or review about this facility!
