I came in for my dog's second grooming appointment, his name is Matthew, and I was so happy to see how comfortable he was with Ariana. She is the first person that greets you when you walk in, and she's so kind and pleasant. She was one of the main reasons we decided to go back. From the first appointment, I noticed how she takes care of each pet like they're newborn babies. Very genuine and sincere. She seemed like a reflection of the whole team and how they care for your pet behind the scenes. It felt quite special to me. Thank you, Ariana, and Pet Glam Spa Team.
