What happened next truly speaks volumes about Patrick’s character and professionalism. Despite being the morning of his own father’s wake, he answered my call and immediately dispatched a crew to tarp the roof, preventing any further water damage. I was stunned by his selflessness and dedication—this is a level of customer service I have never experienced before.
Even while mourning the loss of his father, Patrick maintained clear and consistent communication with both me and my wife. He also served as the main liaison between us and our insurance company, helping us navigate the process with patience and empathy.
