I’ve needed roof repairs on two separate occasions, on my home and rental home. My experience using Sheperd Roofing has exceeded my expectations. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and very professional when dealing with us. He was very patient explaining our roofing issues, and then offered more than one solution, allowing us to choose which one fit within our budget. We were kept informed when the workers would arrive how long the job would take and it happened just as they said it would. Jose then did a follow up inspection of the work and sent us many pictures documenting what they had done. Sheperd Roofing are very experienced and you can rely on what they tell you. I will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

Shepard Roofing and Renovations performed a complete roof replacement after a hailstorm and high winds damaged our home. David Espinoza and his team have been very good to do business with. Shepard Roofing and Renovations also did some siding replacement, new rain gutters and painting services for our historic home. Our experience with this company and David has been a positive one. They also took care of a number of small repairs that weren't in the scope of our contract. David and his guys were polite, professional and punctual. I have an old Spanish style cement roof. They did repairs, sealed it and painted it. Looks great, they even put in a solar attic fan.
