New Wave have been such a blessing after years with a terrible accountant! New Wave and all of the staff, but mostly Matt, have been so kind and helpful. I am never made to feel like an inconvenience or that my question is too silly, which is such a contrast from previous accountants I have worked with. Thank you for keeping it simple, responding fast and just being nice people! I feel so relieved.

Since my previous accountant retired I was referred to New Wave Accountants by my acupuncturist, which is a great entrepreneur. I needed urgently an accountancy firm that was modern and had a more personalized service to understand my business more in depth so we could find better solutions. Every year they understand more about my company and my personal situation which aligns with my current circumstances. They offer quite a few things extra that most accountants may miss, keeping in touch and having the close relationship that we need to really understand the numbers.
