If I could give more than 5 I would! Superb service. It's never ideal to need to get your car fixed after an accident but these guys returned my car to me Better than it went in! Manny is so kind and even stayed open a few extra minutes so I could get there when I was late. I can't recommend them enough. Great guys. Great service. Quick Turn around. Thank You, Gentlemen! Jersey's Finest.

This rating due to the customer service, not the work done to my vehicle. I was receiving texts messages ever week stating my car is on track to be complete on 3/19. I even received a call from them when there was a potential delay on parts ordered for the vehicle only to be updated that there "will not" be a delay. So why the 1 start review? I left work early so I could return the rental car provided by my insurance, only to be told when I arrived that my vehicle was not ready. Meaning now I have no means of transportation.I was told I would need to return the following morning 3/20 to receive my vehicle. Which meant I now had to miss a full day of work on top of the fact I left early the day before. Due to this lack of communication to make me aware that my car would be delayed, it cost me time and money. This is unacceptable in my eyes especially when they showed that they are capable of reaching out to the customer..so what happened this time around? As for the mechanics and technicians that worked on my vehicle you guys get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ impecable work. The management is lucky the lowest I can go is 1.

We had a minor run in with the garage door while parking, so the hit to insurance would not have been worth it. One of the body shops that our insurance works with is Newark Auto Body and, unlike some of their competitors, they did offer a quote without insurance after I explained the situation. Manny really took his time by doing a thorough inspection of the car and explained the process in detail. He even helped me explain some of the price and service differences between his quote and another I got, the main difference being that Newark Auto Body is using premium/OEM parts and materials. I felt confident going with their service. They have been nothing but courteous and I would say the only improvement for me would be to better update the customer. Other than that, honestly 5 star which I especially didn't expect in this area.

Such an amazing experience. Very professional staff and precision labor. I had got rear ended and it looked bad but when I picked up my car it looked better then when I had bought off the dealership. They even detected hidden problems from the accident that I haven’t even considered such as the accident also affecting the dislocation of my headlights so they pay a deep attention to detail in their work. Anyone looking for a collision repair shop, look no further because this shop has the skill and experience to fix it. And as If this wasn’t enough they have the Hertz rental service in the shop so you don’t even have to go somewhere else to rent a car , it removes the hassle of pickup up and returning the rental. Thank you Tiago and staff!

They are a very friendly and caring team of mechanics, I continue to come here for any repairs or services as they always make sure that everything is top quality and genuine OEM parts. They made sure my Mercedes Benz looked brand new once they were done with it. They took care of all the insurance coordination and made the whole process easy. I also got a nice rental car from the close by location.
